If you live several hours away from Portland, Dr. Ballard understands that it might not be easy to get to his office for a consultation. Surgical Center

Dr. Ballard performs joint replacement procedures at Oregon Surgical Institute (OSI). This cutting-edge facility was designed for orthopedic procedures like joint replacements. OSI allows Dr. Ballard to streamline the surgical experience and keep patients out of the hospital.

Patients should fly into Portland International Airport (PDX).
